Quotations and Order Confirmation
Website product cards are for model selection and inquiry. Final specifications, prices, voltage, nozzle count, accessories, shipping method, lead time, and payment instructions are confirmed on the written quotation or proforma invoice.
Custom Equipment
Fog generator systems may be configured for project size, water quality, voltage, filtration, pipe material, controls, nozzle quantity, packaging, and destination. Custom-built or project-configured items may not be cancellable after production starts.
Buyer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate site dimensions, voltage, water supply, climate, and installation conditions.
- Confirm local import rules, electrical requirements, plumbing requirements, and installation compliance.
- Use qualified installers where required by local law or project conditions.
- Inspect delivered goods promptly and keep packaging for claim evidence when damage is suspected.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, core fog generator equipment is covered for 12 months from shipment against manufacturing defects. Wear parts, consumables, filters, nozzles, incorrect installation, poor water quality, misuse, freezing damage, and unauthorized modification are excluded.
Limitation
CloudHorizon is not responsible for indirect losses, lost revenue, site downtime, installation labor, customs penalties, or damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable water quality, or use outside the confirmed project conditions.
Changes
We may update these terms as the website and sales process evolve. The terms in effect at the time of order confirmation apply to that order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
