Company profile

A clearer supply path for fog projects.

HorizonFog turns site photos, drawings, climate targets, water access, and power conditions into a practical system plan: generator selection, pipe routing, nozzle spacing, filtration, control logic, packing, and support documentation.

One-stop system design

Generator, high-pressure line, nozzles, valves, filters, controls, and spare parts are matched as one package.

Project support team

Application guidance for scenic fog, outdoor cooling, greenhouse humidity, factory dust, and livestock cooling.

Quality-controlled parts

Ruby pin nozzles, brass nickel-plated nozzles, 9.52mm high-pressure pipe, stainless pipe, and filter kits.

Modular packing

Labeled parts, export packing, spare consumables, and installation notes help installers identify parts faster.

Source factory proof

Real workshop, stock, and assembly photos for buyer confidence.

Factory photos, cabinet internals, stock, and component matching are connected to product detail pages so each RFQ feels grounded in real supply capability.

Real project footage

Real fog coverage in four application scenes.

Short field clips help customers judge mist density, coverage, and installation conditions before requesting a quote.

Scenic garden fog

Waterfront fog layer for landscape ambience.

Natural outdoor fog effect for resorts, parks, walkways, and water features.

Mushroom humidity

Fine mist inside stacked cultivation racks.

Fine mist humidification for enclosed growing rooms.

Livestock cooling

Open-barn misting to ease heat stress.

Field footage from a cattle area with visible atomized coverage.

Fog generator catalog

Choose by nozzle capacity, flow, power, and cabinet type.

Twenty-seven fog and misting models are grouped by 600, 730, 980, and J series. Open a detail page or send a model-specific RFQ from the same row.

Engineering

Generator, nozzles, pipework, filtration, and maintenance in one plan.

The product manual recommends matching pipe run length, nozzle spacing, pump power, and pump quantity to the actual site instead of choosing a generator only by nameplate.

Generator matching

Select 600, 730, 980, or J series fog generators by pipe run, nozzle count, flow, mist density, available voltage, and installation environment.

Nozzles and pipework

Typical kits include ruby pin nozzles, brass nickel-plated nozzles, 9.52mm high-pressure pipe, stainless pipe, valves, tees, elbows, plugs, and clamps.

Water protection

Filtration protects fine mist nozzles from scale and particles. Filter elements are consumable parts and are planned into the spare parts list.

Maintenance rhythm

  • Clean blocked nozzles with high-pressure air and deep-clean all nozzles about every 2 months.
  • Replace disposable filter elements about every 2-3 months depending on water quality.
  • Change pump oil after the first 40 hours, then about every 400 hours; do not dry-start the pump.
  • Keep supply water below 50 C and keep water inside the pump during long shutdowns.
