Shipping Methods
Depending on order size and destination, shipment may be arranged by express courier, air freight, sea freight, rail, or buyer-nominated forwarder. Available delivery terms are confirmed on the quotation or proforma invoice.
Lead Time
Standard lead time depends on model, quantity, voltage, accessory list, and production schedule. Custom configurations begin after payment, specification confirmation, and any required drawing approval.
Packing
- Fog generator cabinets are packed for export handling.
- Accessories, nozzles, filters, fittings, and spare parts are labeled where practical.
- Wooden case, pallet, carton, or reinforced packaging is selected by order size.
- Photos or packing information may be provided before shipment on request.
Customs and Import Costs
Unless explicitly included in the invoice, import duties, taxes, customs clearance, destination port charges, local delivery, inspection fees, and local compliance costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect outer packaging before signing for delivery. If visible damage is found, note it with the carrier, take photos, keep the packaging, and contact us promptly with the order or invoice number.
