Returns and Refunds

Fog generator systems are often configured for a specific project, so returns are handled differently from standard consumer retail products.

Return Eligibility

Custom-configured fog generator systems, project packages, special voltage products, cut-to-length pipe kits, and used or installed parts are generally not returnable unless we supplied the wrong item or confirmed a manufacturing defect.

Report Window

Shortage, wrong item, or visible shipping damage should be reported within 7 days after delivery. Include order number, photos, packaging photos, product labels, and a clear description of the issue.

Warranty Remedies

If a covered defect is confirmed, we may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair guidance, partial credit, or other remedy appropriate to the issue. Warranty service does not cover improper installation, clogged nozzles caused by poor filtration, unsuitable water quality, freezing, misuse, or unauthorized modification.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or by agreed bank transfer.
  • Bank fees, payment processor fees, shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes may be deducted when applicable.
  • Deposits for custom production may become non-refundable after materials are purchased or production begins.

Return Authorization

Do not send products back without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, or returned at the sender's cost.
